Roll call was taken and the following board members were present: Chairman Larry Wood, Vice-Chairman Jonathan Dittmar, Larry Wysocki and Kelly Taulbee. Absent were Brian Wood, Jeff Holston and Jeff King. Attorney Ethan Lowe was also present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.\par \tab Chairman Wood asked for a motion to approve the agenda. Jonathan Dittmar made a motion and Kelly Taulbee seconded. Motion carried.\par \tab There were two corrections to the August 15\super th\nosupersub minutes \endash the first was the amount of the 2010 proposed budget should be $82,750.00, instead of $82,780.00. The second was the financial report: the appropriated fund balance should be $28,157.28, and not $25,078.03 as reported. The minutes were amended as stated. A motion was then made by Kelly Taulbee to approve the minutes of the August 15, 2009 FLCD Meeting, and Jonathan Dittmar seconded. Motion carries.\par \tab The attorney\rquote s report was given by Ethan Lowe. After a public meeting was held on August 15, 2009 for the proposed 2010 Budget of $82,750.00, a motion was made at the September 12\super th\nosupersub meeting to adopt this budget. Jonathan Dittmar made a motion to adopt the 2010 in the amount of $82,750.00, and Larry Wysocki seconded. Motion carried. Attorney Lowe also stated that in regard to the 2010 budget, the board also needs to adopt a Resolution of Tax Levies, as part of the 2010 Budget. Jonathan Dittmar made a motion to make these resolutions a part of the 2010 Budget. Kelly Taulbee seconded. Motion carries. Board members sign all parts of the 2010 Budget. Kelly Taulbee said he\rquote s seen him. Jonathan Dittmar is sending out requests to a number of people from the DNR\rquote s list from spraying next year.
