Fish Lake Conservancy District
Annual Meeting
February 28, 2009

FLCD Annual Meeting was called to order at 9:01 AM by Chairman Tom Churchman. Chairman Tom Churchman, Vice-Chair Jon Dittmar, Larry Wysocki, Glenn Florence, Larry Wood, Brian Wood and Kelly Taulbee were all present when roll call was taken. Attorney Ethan Lowe was also present.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Chairman Churchman asked for the following correction to the agenda: Add – Reconfiguration of Board. Jon Dittmar then made a motion to approve the agenda. Larry Wysocki 2nd, motion carried.
The meeting was then turned over to Attorney Lowe … who explained the purpose of the annual meeting. First purpose: for the election of the Board, and secondly to reconfigure the Board. 
Mr. Lowe said a notice was posted of this election in The Herald Argus. Nominating petitions were received in a timely manner from Larry Wysocki, Larry Wood, Brian Wood and Kelly Taulbee. No petition was received from Glenn Florence, this position is vacant.
Attorney Lower swears in the re-elected board members and gives them the Oath of Office to sign.

Re-Configuration of Board:
Chairman: Larry Wysocki makes a motion for Tom Churchman to be Chairman and Kelly Taulbee seconds. Motion carries.
Vice Chairman: Larry Wysocki makes a motion for Jon Dittmar to be Vice-Chair. Tom Churchman seconds, and motion carries.

Re-Configuration of Committes:
Financial: Larry Wood and Brian Wood

Administration: Larry Wysocki and Kelly Taulbee

Planning: Jon Dittmar
	Attorney Lowe says there is a vacancy for Glenn’s position. Chairman opens discussions for board to submit a name. None received. Position is vacant until next meeting.
	Kelly Taulbee makes a motion to adjourn, Larry Wysocki seconds. Motion carried.
